Gratuities It is customary to provide your Esthetician Cosmetology / Therapist or Professional a 15% to 20% gratuity (Tips) if you are satisfy with the services provides, (gratuity are accepted in cash or credit). We appreciate your business and thank you for the opportunity in serving your needs.

| Gift Cards are treated, as cash but is not refundable good for only service. Balance can be transferred to another Gift Card and can be purchased in any dollar amount. Its perfect for Holidays, Birthdays, Special Occasions or Just Because....You just have to have it! |

| Customized Packages / Spa Rentals / Parties We also coordinate and rent out our spa per hour or per day for Special Events, Meeting Parties, Bridal Parties, Birthday Parties and any other kinds of occasions to meet your needs. All booking have to be made 1 to 2 weeks before the event dated with a Deposit of 20% of service amount. Please call and ask for Theresa, Shelley or Susan for more information and prices. |
| Cancellation Policy In consideration of our other guest and technicians, we require that all appointments be cancelled with a 12 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 huors notice are subject to a 10% of Cancellation fee. |
