To keep the serenity of the spa experience, We ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival.

When making an appointment, please have your credit card number in order to secure the reservation. The Magnolia accepts Visa, Master Card and the American Express credit cards.

If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, please note that we require twenty-four hours notice for individual appointments. Appointments canceled in less than the requested time will be billed 75% of the published tariff of each service.

We hope you will be delighted by our products and services here at Magnolia. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, product returns must be accompanied with the receipt and will be honored with store credit within 10 days of purchase. Cash refunds will not be possible and gift certificates are not refundable.
